My last taste of a Rose Bank Winery
offering was a thoroughly disgusting Chardonnay. However,
as I have been told, this winery is known for their
Niagara, which is an interesting American varietal. Before
this, I have only had one other Niagara, and that was from
Chadds Ford Winery, also of Pennsylvania.
While this wine is not as smooth of refined
as the offering by Chadds Ford, I would say that it has its
merits, and that further down the line, I would expect that
this winery will produce a more robust and sophisticated
offering.
